Team Training
All team member receive training when they start their employment at Wright Agriculture.
- First Aid training
Training is completed by all team members to ensure everyone is kept up to date and is aware what to do to keep all team members safe. The training is provided by First Response First Aid, who provided a fun interactive course which is always very well received.
- Health and Safety
An annual Health and Safety in the workplace course is run for all staff, which is provided by the NFU.
