New for 2026
"The Cabin"
This year, we have upgraded our student accommodation with a new, purpose-built log cabin supplied by Keops Limited.
“The Cabin” provides comfortable and modern accommodation, featuring eight individual bedrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge area, and three bathrooms. The new facility offers our workers a welcoming, practical, and well-equipped environment in which to live during their time at Wright Agriculture.
Staff Training
Our team
All team members receive appropriate training when they start employment with Wrights Agriculture, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills and awareness required to carry out their roles safely and effectively.
First Aid Training
All team members undertake First Aid training to ensure everyone remains up to date with current procedures and understands how to respond appropriately in the event of an incident or emergency.
The training is delivered by First Response First Aid, who provide an engaging and interactive course. The training is consistently well received by our team and provides practical knowledge and confidence in responding to first-aid situations.
Health and Safety Training
An annual Health and Safety in the Workplace training course is provided for all staff. The course is delivered by the NFU and ensures that team members remain aware of their responsibilities and are kept up to date with current workplace health and safety requirements.
